What is the delivery time of my order?

We prepare your order with as much care as possible. Please allow for 2 - 4 (1 - 2 extra days around holidays) working days delivery time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a track and trace code from us.

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order is ready for shipment, we will send a notification via email, and you will be able to track your shipment. Please note that it may take a few hours for the Track and Trace code to become active. The shipment has been handed over to our carrier, but it may not yet be registered in the system during the initial hours.

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are €4.95 for the Netherlands and €6.95 for the rest of Europe, regardless of the size and weight of your package. Shipping costs are free for orders over €75, -.

What does personalization entail?

For some items, it's possible to add your own text, such as your name or a song lyric. This makes your friendship bracelet even more personal for you or someone you know.

Can I return my product?

For all items, the right of return applies for 14 days, provided that the seal has not been opened. If the seal is broken, we cannot accept the return of the item(s). Returning an order works as follows:

Step 1: Send us an email with your order number and the request to return item(s) 'x'.
Step 2: You will receive the shipping label from us with further instructions.
Step 3: You send your package back to us. We will refund your order within 30 days.

Custom-made bracelets - such as those with a name or song lyrics - cannot be returned.

Who pays for the return costs?

The buyer covers the return costs. These will be deducted from the refund.
